My name is Saskia, and I am here to inspire you to explore movement and rest practices as resources on your journey through life.
With a background in sports science, my curiosity has always centered on the many ways the body can move and how being active shapes the way we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have long been fascinated by how different forms of movement can energize us, ground us, or help us process what is happening within.
Through yoga and somatic practices, this focus gradually turned inward toward the nervous system and a deeper understanding of the body’s needs for safety, balance, and regulation.
I don’t see the body as another project to fix or optimize, I see it as the vessel through which we experience and relate to the world.
When we create space, the body can express and regulate. It carries an intelligence that allows us to cope, adapt, and return to balance.
Movement and rest have become steady companions in my own life. Now, I am sharing these practices with others in person, online and also in private or company settings - to support a resilient body, mind and heart.
